Everton are finalising a deal to sign Theo Walcott for £20m, reports say.

The 28 year-old has likely played his game for the Gunners in a 12 year spell at the club.

Walcott has appeared over 400 times for Arsenal and scored over 100 goals. The former Southampton forward has failed to cement a regular starting role this season and will be hopeful of reigniting his career at Goodison Park.

It’s uncertain whether the Toffees will offer him his current wages of £110,000-per-week.

Arsenal are also set to concede Alexis Sanchez to Manchester United in order to reclaim some of, if not all of the £35m they paid Barcelona for the Chilean. If both deals go through the suggestions are the funds will be reinvested to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Bordeaux forward Malcom.

Wenger’s side are also hopeful of securing Henrikh Mkhitaryan as part of an exchange for Sanchez, though all three players arriving at the Emirates is unlikely.
