Any word on Welbeck, Wilshere.

That RW spot is getting a tad bare.
Wenger said Jack is at least a month away and Welbeck will be back in January, at the earliest.

Curious, could Bellerin play as a RW with Debuchy behind him?
Was thinking abou this as well yesterday when Ramsey pulled his hamy. Would be an interesting experiment.

Chamberlain seems so out of form, inconsistent, eratic.. i just dont trust him at the moment. Walcott should move back to the right wing for a couple of games with Giroud up top, until Ramsey returns.

I believe that this is the last thing we must do.

Ox needs a chance to prove himself, and Wenger needs to give him confidence. He could surprise us like Coquelin did.

I hope he gets a shout, this is his chance.

Wenger:

on Aaron Ramsey...He had a scan today but he’s out. I believe he will be out until after the next international break. With the [last] international break, the fact that he played against Andorra certainly cost Bale and him as well.

on David Ospina...He is out for our next game and certainly until the next international break.

on Wilshere, Rosicky and Welbeck... For them, you can say around the New Year.

It's not that bad for Ramsey, could be worse.
The international games start on the 12 of november, so he will miss 3 weeks for Arsenal. That means 5 games. vs Everton, Sheffield, Swansea, Bayern and Sp**s.

Ospina out for a month! Who starts @ Sheffield Utd. Matt Macy?

Don;t like how we're starting to pick up a few injuries.

Ramsey's a big, big miss imo, especially with no Jack.

At least Arteta & Flamini are there.

God help us if Le Coq gets injured or Alexis,.

The main thing is hopefully this won't be a case of 2 weeks back & three weeks off again. Hopefully they can get this injury healed and he stays injury free till season's end after that.

IMO, the players just play too much football now and it's inevitable what happens. The world of football is the big loser when great players spend too much time in the sick bay. The money spinners want as many games as possible as they see the $$$$ rolling in.

Current Injuries:
Danny Welbeck (knee)- Estimated return: January.
Jack Wilshere (leg)- Estimated return: January.
Tomas Rosicky (knee)- Estimated return: January.
Aaron Ramsey (hamstring) Estimated return: November.
David Ospina (unknown)- Estimated return: November.

Can ill-afford any more injuries. We need the players to keep fit with the likes of Joel Campbell stepping up if required. At this rate we're gonna see Gibbo on the LW.

Poor Rosicky

Joel is probably only still around because of Welbecks ill-timed injury.

Don't worry I think Jeff can play RW if needed.

We always seem to have loads of players out for ages. Starting to think Wenger somehow sets players up for injuries so he doesn't have players moaning about game time:lol:.

Small write up on our injury situation.

http://www.arsenalreport.com/posts/...oved-from-last-year-forsythe-has-done-wonders

Injury stats massively improved from last year, Forsythe has done wonders

Updated the Injury Room to show comparison percentages between current period (1 July to today) and the same period last season, and the numbers are astonishing. Forsythe and his team must be doing something right, as some of these numbers seem to good to be true:

Number of injuries have gone down to half
Only lost a third of the number of days we did last year
Avg days out per injury improved by a third
Much fewer injuries lasting more than a week
Only proper long-term injuries are Welbeck and Wilshere, two players we can arguably survive without for the time being. Main concerns would be losing key players like Sanchez, Coquelin, Kos, etc.

Hi,

Very nice stats and graphs!

Does "Injured 30 days or less" include "Injured 7 days or less"?

Also, can you split the Home location between Training and Match?

Thanks, Horia

Thanks! Yes, 30 days or less includes 7 days or less. I have plans on splitting the location as well, as 'unknown' locations are currently counted as 'not home', so that stat is slightly inaccurate.
