Yeah, doing really good work outside the box. Feel he is not quite in sync with the midfield, they're not finding him in the box but his movement has been good.

Felt sorry for him today. He got a full 90 mins as the striker for the first time in the first team (don't think he played up front for Charlton either) and worked his bollocks off - only to get sh!te service all evening. Callum Robinson was the biggest culprit IMO, kept electing to dribble or shoot instead of playing Mavididi in numerous times.

He was good when he got the ball though. Some nice dribbles, ran the channels well and at least tried to link up with the rest of his team instead of being a bit greedier. Hopefully he gets another look-in upfront. Harrop, the kid on loan from Utd, looked decent, I'd like to see Mavididi play alongside him more often for Preston.

We are always hyping up our youngster like Mavidi and co but they dont get a look in, in much lesser leagues. We really need a better set of youngser, it seems we are **** at most things in this club.

Was clearly a bad fit for Preston in the end. Not getting enough time upfront, most appearances were off the bench in the last 15 mins of games. Not in sync with any of his teammates. At least he gets to have a little bit of fun and regular first team football with Charlton, where he enjoyed the little football he played there. The thing I'm looking forward to is him hopefully scoring goals in League One.

EDIT: Honestly, we should just go ahead and make Charlton our feeder club. Dunno why we haven't yet.

Getafe's goalkeeper is rumored to be on the way to Palace, which would give Martinez the #1 spot. That's very good news, he has barely played thus far. Even if we don't keep him afterward that would at least bump up our selling price.
