Arsenal have been dominating the competition in recent years so it's now "fourth or fifth" priority for big clubs. Now the top four that Wenger was ways laughed at for calling trophy when were weren't winning actual silverware is suddenly of more importance than the oldest trophy in the country (no doubt this also has to do with the likes of Liverpool and Sp**s now being in the top four mix after years of being mid-table, while repeatedly failing in the cup).
Of course, the FA Cup is still almost always won by the big clubs and not the small, and when someone says a team has "won the double" in England, you don't have to specify which two trophies that refers to unless the second trophy isn't the FA Cup.

He's just doing what he normally does. Has 4 or 5 good games then makes everyone believe. Then, he goes back to being a waste of space and gets injured.
