They have a huge amount of quality in that United side but the football they're turning out is diarrhoea.

If Mourinho was ever at a side in the EPL other one of the very richest, people would see thorough his long ball sh*t for what it really is.

Exactly this, they especially have a lot of quality in attack and midfield, but many of these players are the shadow of the players they should be, and that all comes down to the coach.

As a neutral fan of the premier league, I often switch off when United are on. Sure, football is ultimately about winning, but it's a sport, it's an enjoyment, its an escape from every day life, it should not be a chore. Especially when you have the resources United have and not the concern about selling to buy and stuff like this, that many clubs have. And United are a chore to watch.

So good riddance to them in CL, the quarter finals will be blessed by some really good teams who play really good football.

I feel like he’d be a massive asset to a West Ham or below, far more so than he is at United. From a purely results-oriented perspective, his production has been (in my opinion) about as expected for the post-Ferguson era. They’ve had three decently, at the time of hiring at least, respected bosses come in and stumble to varying degrees. Think other top managers would do about the same (or perhaps even slightly worse), but definitely with prettier playstyle — he’s ‘replacement level,’ to borrow a baseball term, in my eyes. Put him in charge of a crap side, however, and there’s no chance they’re getting relegated. Would also probably back him to push a mid-table one to Europa contention, at least temporarily.
Yes all defensive long ball specialists are good at that. That's why they call in big Sam and Pulis.

If they bring that sort of manager in at Arsenal, I'm going on AFC Fan TV to shout and scream about how **** the manager is.

Couldn't have put it better.

Don't think that's the case myself. @bingobob's boy is doing the right thing by setting them up to be solid first and foremost.

Put them out to play offensively and Sevilla finish them in the 1st leg.

Shocking crop of footballers. Donkeys all over the pitch, no cohesion. Relying on luck.

Reinventing VAR 😡
Pogba has been a big flop at Manure and the media is barely saying anything about it. If he would have been playing for us and delivering those performances, both the club and him would have gotten stick to no end.

Just sunk in what these guys have done , incredible
Mourinho’s quotes are a disgrace. Before the match he said Yanited weren’t a successful team in Europe, after they lose he says it’s nothing new and nothing to panic about.

What’s with this guy? Even he can’t believe some of the **** he’s saying. He is finished as a top manager and has been since his second stint at Chelski.

Boring, pragmatic, dull football, lacking in invention and creativity. Imagine being a Yanited supporter and paying to watch Pulis-esque footie. They beat Liverpool with two long balls and flick ons .

I wonder what’s next for him. His style of football won’t be accepted at any of the other top European clubs. It’s precisely the reason he was binned at Madrid.

Sp**s .

Bayern front office are sharks, they wouldn’t touch the Portuguese Pulis with a 10 foot pole.

PSG won’t come near him either imo, can you imagine Neymar and Mbappe playing as fullbacks? Not happening.

Stint as Portugal boss imo, he's 55 now as well so if we're honest there's not much longer at the very top table.
