Sometimes being an Arsenal fan can be quite frustrating. There are times I wish they could just switch into an Atletico Madrid mode -- or at least a Burnley mode -- and just limit the damage. But they get going in games like this and they keep giving the ball away casually and maybe trying to be just a little bit too cute and it ends up biting them in the ass. Honesty, if it hadn't been for Petr Cech, this could have been about 5-1 or worse.

We knew we were losing to City, Bate was awful but it was only 1-0 and we knew we'd beat them at home. This is a total disaster. We can't keep clean sheets and Rennes will fancy their chances of a away goal next week.

That was terrible. Next week, they will have Niang back and he can be a hand full in good days. Him and Sarr running at Mustafi at the Emirates will not be a fun sight.

So what you're saying is we should really just focus on getting that 4th spot?

Manager got to take some of the blame here. He starts Mustafi even if he has been terrible in last 25 years. He allow them to put pressure on and our defenders constantly need to foul. Then when we are man off, we are all over the place constantly giving the ball away and failing to defend deeper.
