We are well and truly cursed. We actually played well now that Mr Negative is out.But Aubameyang one of the best striker in the world wasted out wide and Özil wasted out wide instead of 10.Freddie dont do a Unai on us please.

Who is the other guy with Heskey?

Looks like Darren Bent but talking with a heavy french accent.

Between Martinelli, Saka and Pepe are the best attackers-defenders (Interceptions + Tackles per 90), with Martinelli being the best. Martinelli is the one who presses the defenders the most and what comes back more as well (playing on the side). Overall, Martinelli and Pepe are the hard working attacking players in defense by far imo.

Saka has strange moments where he does not defend as in the game against Liverpool's reserves, but he still defend more than the ones of Lacazette, Aubameyang and Özil. Willock played as advanced as Özil perhaps, but Joe defenders way more than Mesut, even more than Ceballos.

If you would like a defensive force with some quality I would suggest it:

-------------- Aubamayang -------------
Martinelli ------------------------- Pepe
-------- Ceballos -- Guendounzi ------
The best/more active defensive MD

In a 4-3-3.

You can have Willock for Ceballos if you don't mind aligning many young people.

Özil, Auba, Lacazette all the three need to justify their lack of defensive work with offensive input. I would say that Auba playing as a CF is the most justifiable.

Back Willock to CM.
Özil >> Martinelli
Lacazettte >> Pepe
Aubameyang in the Center.

Why does Mustafi go to ground for the second goal? Luiz as always failing to close opposition down for the first goal.

Shame as we have been playing some nice stuff. Our passing has been more direct, at a faster tempo and more composed than what it has been under Emery. Guendouzi in particular has been very good and Norwich have resulted to kicking lumps out of him.

People throwing blames all over the place and hope that it sticks. Some blame Matteo, some Xhaka, some defenders, some willock. Come on guys make your minds up.

I think we played a lot better... we play nice and lose... instead of playing bad and lose... its a slow step forward...!

Yes he has been poor like the whole team but its not the fault at the goals.

He is at fault for both, no just him but he gave the ball away and pussied out of a 50/50 and didnt try and win it back either time, joke attitude from a young player trying to make his mark and I say that as a fan of his
