He’ll certainly light a fire under you, and that’s the best thing you can do when you take over. You can’t always rip up the whole playbook immediately but you can get players to play with more passion. That’s what big Duncan did very well today.

Ferguson didn't have to do much, tweak what players to play, formation and a rocket up their ass. You could try that with us but you still have to undo the dire coaching that has gone on for too long and the board sitting on their hands too long enabling the rot to really set in..
