Looks like, Ceballos, Kola, Holding and Martinelli all trained. No Auba or Bellerin it seems.

"Here comes the Arsenal, sprint relay squad again"

One of the amazing things about that clip is that the Leeds team included James Milner.. who's still playing at a high level with Liverpool..

The other big thing of note from that clip.. is that is exactly how I want Arsenal to play again.. screw possesion.. screw 5-600 passes a game..

Get the ball on the edge of your area.. and get it to the edge of their area as fast as you can.. football is that simple

Liverpool the other night against Sheffield United.. 5 seconds from the edge of their own area, to Mane scoring. Remember the old days at United. Corner against them.. Schmeicel takes the balls.. long throw to Kanchelskis or Giggs.. quick ball forward to Hughes/Mc Clair/Cole.. boom.. goal

The best thing I seen so far from Arteta.. is the speed has increased. Long may it continue

Nothing Wrong With Me
I think its important that Pepe plays, he needs to get his fitness level up and he'll have a week until we next play. Give him 60 mins, same with Martinelli. Laca needs game time too, although game time wont necessarily improve his finishing, and that's where he needs to improve. He can come on for Martinelli.

Martinez
Bellerin Mustafi Holding Saka
Guendouzi Willock
Pepe Ceballos Nelson
Martinelli

Screw you. I want 2000 passes/game

Isn’t this beautiful? Once we signed more skillful players from the transfer window, I’m sure Arteta will be able to recreate this.
This is just so nice, it’s football porn.

Arsenal Quotes

I still have an interest in training and development, in the stages that make it possible for players first to acquire technique (between 7 and 12) and then to develop physically (between 12 and 16), then to deepen their mental resilience (between 17 and 19) and finally between 19 and 22 to acquire what is critical, like the roof of a house without which all the rest rots away: intelligence and motivation
