I don't think any of us can be reserved anymore, we're seeing a massive improvement in both team cohesion and individual performances. It's an exciting time again and if we do the correct business in the transfer window we'll be in the top 4 next season.

I don't think we could replace him in the window in January sufficiently and our current options for his position are no good. He'll be gone in the summer if we want to progress as a club.
