But why is that a red card and the Palace player's two footed tackle on Özil wasn't even a foul? Don't get this double standard of refereeing. Palace have been playing rugby yet they don't even have a yellow.

This is why people are annoyed. I don’t think it was serious foul play but the slow motion made it look horrific. But at the same, what the **** has been happening all game? Tomkins jumped into Kolasinac as well, which stopped him running through on goal and didn’t get anything.

The lack of consistency is the biggest farce here.

Is there actually a rule about making multiple fouls should result in a yellow? Or could you theoretically make 20 "minor" fould and never receive a yellow?

Don’t understand how Pepe’s had an ‘awful’ game when he’s touched the ball like 3 times since the 20th minute.

Done nothing? Yes. Awful game? What are you talking about?

Haven't checked, but if there isn't, there needs to be an independent agency to review referee decisions at the end of the season on a continental scale (Europe refs).

People like Mike Dean have gotten away with some horrendous referee decisions. The culture of refs influencing a game needs to stop.

How is doing nothing not having an awful game? He is post to be our main attacker, our star player!

Why would the PL or the refs association allow outsiders to review them?
