This could all be bollocks though. Only the Daily Mail are reporting it at the minute and they’re rubbish.
You can't take a medical and completed if the deal not completely agreed.

It didn't have anything to do with Chelsea though, just that like Arsenal here Sp**s hadn't reached a full agreement on the deal.
But how do you take a medical knowing the agreement not reached between 2 clubs? Maybe he not happy with his contract
