There's not a whole lot to his game outside of intensely backing in to people and running around at medium pace right now. Needs dropping.

Arteta needs to stop him from freewheeling himself all over the place. Needs to stay upfront and attack. Obviously Özil has been rubbish as well recently, but Arteta shouldn't allow Laca to delegate the problem to himself.

Should just focus his energy on making runs, and causing problems for the opposition defence. Won't be his business anymore if Özil is still consistently unable to create good chances for him.

This guy has completely lost his edge, needs to be taken out of the squad

When a striker goes on a long barren run you take him out of the starting 11. You take him out of the firing line. You don't keep playing him hoping they hit form because the longer they go without a goal the more confidence they lose.

There wasn't much to lose to try Martinelli through the middle today (or even Auba).

Should be gone in the summer, we need to rebuilt and this dude is not part of that

Given a choice between him and auba going, he's the obvious one. Unfortunately the circumstances with auba not signing a new contract could mean we see laca for one more season.

Thought they are both running down their contracts? get rid of both and rebuild if thats the case

Our front 3 was a total mess today. We put Martinelli on the right wing, really not his best position as it severely limits what he can do as a right footer. Auba on the other wing. He is a CF, but at least I can understand that a bit as he still gets in to goal scoring positions. His built up play isn't effective from the middle. Laca as a target man, the amount of times we fired the ball at him hoping he would hold it or just launched long ball for him to compete in the air.

We already do unless you mean more centrally, but we cannot just rely on him for goals.

Yeah, he's by far our best striker, I don't think we should ever play him out of position. I do want Eddie to get chances to play but I just hate seeing Auba on the wing
