Must copy United's strategy and setup if we are to get anything from City. I'd go with a back 3 of Mari Luiz Skokratis/MOTM
Middle four of Saka Xhaka Niles Bellerin with Ceballos/Özil just ahead of them.
And Auba and Martinelli striking for us.

Soak pressure, concede possession and hit em at the break.

Like I said in my previous post, it is an option but I am afraid we don't have the quality and psychological stiffness to sustain that for 90 minutes.

Unai tried something similar at Anfield and we almost pulled off had Pepe taken at least one of his earlier chances. Then our usual lapse in concentration contributed our downfall.

All our hope is on winning another FA cup that no other club cares about.

10 league games to go and we’ve nothing to play for.

Arsenal fans should be protesting but they only do that when they want a pensioner abused for finishing 4th.
Did you only come to the conclusion after United's win today? Even if United had lost we'd still be 2 points behind them and 8 behind Chelsea with City (A), Sp**s (A), Wolves (A), Liverpool (H) and Leicester (H). And have you seen the way we've been playing? We'd be lucky to get 3 points from the run if we play the same way we've done in 3 of our last 4 games. Nah, United winning today has no bearing on us. Top 4 was gone when we went ~3 months and 17 games with just 2 wins, and against the likes of Norwich, Palace, Brighton, Southampton, Bournemouth, Burnley etc.. no less.

People saying “ Top 4s gone “ we’re 5 points behind with a game in hand. Chelsea and United will both drop points yet, Chelsea look good one game then look like they’ll get battered from a bottom side the next. Same as united - played well today but played like ****e against Everton. Still think top 4s going to the final day, if Leicester lose tomorrow night things could get interesting.

League is very weak
Since how long? Seeing any benefits?
Start of feb. But done two months from December to Jan. Drinking more water, taking vitamins.

Feel more grounded if that makes sense? More than anything you see the triggers, I’m finding that any negative and down moment and I’m think about breaking my run. Genuinely think I might have broken the porn cycle through this.

Been thinking that they could struggle, they lose tomorrow night and I can see them bottling it.
Not sure if interrelated but since our interest in BR, they've had a torrid run of form. Surely a mistake at this point, even though he got paid.

Not even sure where Pogba fits in now that he's back to training. The balance is pretty good with Fred and Matic.

You are probably right. I would tip Martinelli, Auba and Saka over their respective players on those positions. Their midfield is certainly ahead of ours but everything else could be at par.

I would definitely try that though. Everyone expects us to be beaten anyway. Any strategy that can get us a result should be tried IMO.

Exactly. To get top four, we must win 9 out of the 10 remaining matches. Impossible with the way we are playing and our run in.
