I’ve literally never seen Ian Wright play actually.

What was he like as a player?

Nah, I'm referring to stuff like thinking Jamaica's colours are similar to Ghana's and thinking that bald Ghanian dancers are rastafarians. Thinking you're funny when in fact just a total fool.

Different opinions are just fine, trolling not so much.

I know you try to post in a way to get most likes compared to number of posts.

Yup.

Quick off the mark and clever with a variety of finishes, proper box player. Would be called a limited player today's standards as he was purely an out and out striker.

Very charismatic, smiled loads, complained loads lol. Funny and animated goal celebrations. The team clearly loved him.

Had a lot of tussles with cbs over the years and would go out of his way to wind em up he was a bit spiky. I remember hearing him cuss out and banter with the ref often.

I made him sound like a pantomime villain but he was generally loved by most - but that could be rose tinted glasses on my part.

Honestly first time I saw Wrighty was on that Motd when he played for Palace where he dribbled part half the defence and scored.

Probably the best finisher that I have seen at Arsenal just scored from everywhere. Scored on his debut for Arsenal too, just prolific.

Brilliant player. One of those strikers that buzzed around here there and everywhere. Had the natural talent to get into the right place at the right time. Some may disagree but I would describe him as a Vardy type of striker, that ability to score goals regularly regardless of opposition. I remember him at palace too, they had Wright & Bright, a great partnership.
