League is very weak
What? They coming for your boy Laca after Özil is gone. 30 goals in 3 years, going to be hard for you to defend him.

If they thought he was wrong, damaging their team, a negative influence etc, they wouldn’t like it. Auba is captain ffs.Of course they'll like the post.
He's their mate.
Blair, Obama, Clinton etc are war criminals compared to Trump.
Obama is treated like the tanned Jesus Christ but he has the blood of millions on his hands, men, women and children.
This thread has even the calmer posters snapping.

The awkward situation between Arsenal and Mesut Özil came back into the spotlight last week when the German playmaker was left out of their squad for the Europa League group stages.
Following Mikel Arteta’s appointment as head coach, Özil started all 10 of the club’s Premier League games before football was suspended in March because of the COVID-19 outbreak. But from the restart in July until the end of the 2019-20 campaign, the 31-year-old did not play a single minute of competitive football and this season he has not featured in a match-day squad.
In an interview with The Athletic in August, Özil suggested that his decision to reject a 12.5 per cent pay cut during the shutdown might have been a factor contributing towards the lack of game time he has been afforded, although Arteta has always insisted team selection is based purely on merit.
With Özil seemingly surplus to requirements despite being the team’s highest-earning player, Arsenal have been keen to move him on. But the 2014 World Cup winner has repeatedly stated that he is available for action and will be staying until the end of his contract in June 2021.
Another element that may have influenced Arsenal’s desire to shift Özil in the summer transfer window is a loyalty bonus amounting to around £8 million that was paid to him at the end of September.
This stems from an arrangement negotiated with the former Real Madrid attacker when he ended speculation about his future by signing a new three-and-a-half-year deal in January 2018. At that point, Arsenal would likely have wanted Özil to stay until at least the end of his agreement and such a mechanism — which many players benefit from — would have rewarded his service.
The reality has worked out very differently and at great expense to Arsenal, although they are saving significant sums of money in appearance-related bonuses while Özil is not involved.
Many eyes will now focus on whether Özil will feature in Arteta’s Premier League squad, with lists scheduled to be announced on October 20 after the closure of the domestic transfer window.
Jesus was dark skinned anyway so it was needless anyway.Tanned you know
They already come for Laca, I no longer defend him. I like him as a player and think he’s alright and that’s enough for me.What? They coming for your boy Laca after Özil is gone. 30 goals in 3 years, going to be hard for you to defend him.
Aubameyang actually. A number of posters already slagging him during the City matchArsenal fans always want someone to blame? It was Wenger, now it’s Özil. It’ll be something else next, I wonder what or who? Arteta if he doesn’t make us great soon I guess.
We have played bloody willock out wide and to this day no one knows what he does. We have made bloody Willian a key player in our setup, but Özil can’t make 25 man squad. Özil today is even better player than the most expensive player of the club’s history. That’s how stupid this situation has become. Once again this club has shown how little class it has. I really can’t stand the Spanish cvnt of a manager we have. We already got rid of one and hopefully this one followsI'm not saying he was terrible, but he wasn't the Petr Cech of the pre head injury era. His last couple of years at the club were pretty poor in terms of performance in my opinion.
Just throwing my toys out the pram I think. They already come for Laca, I no longer defend him. I like him as a player and think he’s alright and that’s enough for me.
Im laughing at this tirade you’ve been on since yesterday, I’m laughing but I hope you’re ok.
I think it’s a war, this is his way of making sure Arsenal pay him every penny he’s due. He’s not going to help them by going on loan and allowing another club to pay him.Something here is off. Why is he still here? The club want rid of him and haven't registered him.
Did he have no takers even on loan? Surely we informed him during the window that he wasn't going to be registered?
Based off what? Because his amazing PR team intelligently hinted at it in the last sentence of his statement?Seems more and more likely this has to do with his comments on China and the Uyhgurs.
Top players go to war with clubs rather than leaving to play football.I think it’s a war, this is his way of making sure Arsenal pay him every penny he’s due. He’s not going to help them by going on loan and allowing another club to pay him.
