This loss is on Arteta. Not because we played badly but because the team lacks intensity and drive. I see players playing with a hand brake on. Afraid to try things because they want to play within the system the coach instructs them to. We move the ball too slowly and always give the opposition time to settle into a defensive shape. If Arteta wasn’t such an Knob about possession and keeping the ball we could have broken down Leicester already.

That being said we had no creativity in midfield at all today. None. Ceballos was disappointing and we had nothing going on the right. Don’t know what he was thinking by starting Saka and Auba as that was a mess. Pepe did nothing when he came on either.

We have not lost to Leicester at home since 1973. Well done Mikel. I’m annoyed because I knew they would play on the counter and we didn’t do enough to win the game or even get a draw.

Doesn’t Rate Any Of Our Attackers

Getting beat at home by a Vardy winner is a real kick in the teeth, it's hard to take. And tbf we deserve every bit of it. Had 75 mins and most of the ball to do something and we did nothing. 2nd half especially was awful.

We're very bad at attacking. This is a fact and a problem.

The front 3 are the the problem nobody else. Aubameyang has been poor for weeks now you could put it down to burn out no rest over the summers short break and Lacazette is just bang average. No creativity in the finale 3rd

It's just cowardly. Its Emery like ending up with Xhaka at lb. The goal came from confusion. Why was Xhaka the left side of a back 3. Tierney played lwb and barely got the ball from Xhaka. Ceballos has been useless but finishes the game. The speed at which we move the ball has been pathetic. Bellerin couldn't progress the ball. Auba started on the right? Why are we trying to be too clever?

Mustafi fell asleep.

Why in god's name can we not play Özil, he's miles better then our midfielders - (Minus thomas), he's our creative player, the only one we have **** me.

Arteta is just salty cause he was never as good as him.

In the first half Luiz was consistently switching to Tierney in space on the left and we were very dangerous from there. That stopped after Luiz went off and we did nothing to make up for it.

More Consistent Than Arteta
we wont get top 10 if we continue this flaky way of playing . Passes are slow. Touches are too many. Players take too much time to think. So many are playing in not their best positions. Strikers cant hold up the ball or head it. Everyone is playing to rigidly defined tactics and roles, just hoping to spring Auba free... but thats not going to work everytime.
