German Almunia. Great reflexes but spills too much and is hopeless on crosses. The entire team looked better with Emi back there.

One of the most solid consistent players in our squad. Anyone who thinks differently is an idiot. Period.

Hate to break to you but Leno kept more clean sheet than emi so far this season

So what? We look terrible with Leno in goal in comparision when Martinez play. Leno is just therr to parry the ball to opposition for another goal chance. Painfully average GK.

But hey if you rate him this Arsenal you watching is what you deserve.

He will never be accepted by the fans unfortunately, Emi's form (and story) have kinda killed him here.

What are you talking about? Nobody get more defense than Leno. Even if he plays badly he get ulta defense on here. Fan favorite. Could get away with murder on the field.

The vast majority accepts and rates him. The natural contrarians loathe him for some reason. Then there are some that argues that it would have been smarter to keep Emi. Whilst i am not agreeing with that, i can see where they are coming from.

Selling Emi was one of the smartest moves in the market in recent years by the club. Swift and ruthless.

How much power do you expect him to get a clearance while lying on his side?
The shot wasn`t very powerful, the deflection was slight and he saw the flight of the ball, I thought he could have used his left foot to get the ball further away. That being said Leno certainly isn`t one of our problems at the moment.

See he's the scapegoat again this week. Gets an unlucky deflection, but the rebound is his fault? So we're ignoring a box full of our players not doing their job and blaming Leno? Cool, gotcha! :frustrated:

Can't believe we let Martinez go and kept this fool. Beaten from outside the box because he went completely to one side of the goal.

Added to that he was beaten on the nearside of his goal... how in the fk do you have any credit as a keeper if that keeps happening to you.
