Solid Coleman replacement.

The potential is there I suppose but I cant say I'm fully into this 'Aarons' hype, genuinely dont know why Bayern and Barca have been linked when I'm convinced they can find better for a lot less, Aarons has looked pretty average in my opinion.

i think Haaland will be between Manutd Man city and Real Madrid. Barca also desperately need striker not sure they'll corrupt their way to this deal or not

According to this guy Inter failed to pay us the Lukaku money (£51M), and we've asked for Skriniar/Martinez instead.

It more of bonus they failed to pay so far of 15M euros yes you could use that in negotiation to get one of those players for cheap. classic italian club behavior this just delay everything.

Seen this the other day. Wonder what implications this might have going forward, might they need to raise some money by selling players?

no it was confirmed it won't affect their project with Inter they just closed the club to focus on other projects but won't be surprised they sell Inter in future.

Apparently Man United and West Ham were interested in bringing in Fredi Bobic as DoF. Bobic has been the mind behind Eintracht Frankfurts's rise from relegation fodder to DFB Cup winners under Niko Kovac and now CL aspirants under Adi Hütter. He's signed absolute successes like Jovic, Kostic, Haller, N'Dicka, Hinteregger, Kamada, Rebic, Kostic, Dost, Silva but also had some horrible flops like Torró, Wolf, N. Müller, Hrgota, Blum, Paciencia etc. Overall you'd have to rate his balance sheet positively, though. He's definitely managed to bring in very good managers to suit their overall style and tailor the squad to this style and the managers' needs. He's made a plus of 26m in transfers over his whole tenure at Eintracht and their overall trajectory from fighting relegation to fighting for a CL spot is clearly positive.

Bobic is sure an interesting guy. His reputation at times is somewhat dodgy as his transfer strategy has sometimes been accused of being like throwing **** at the wall until something sticks. He's also always suffered a bit from his reputation from his time at VfB Stuttgart where he was DoF before at Frankfurt. He was a complete novice back then and did a rather horrible job including chopping down the academy, bringing in some very, very dodgy and subpar players for key roles - although it has to be said he was demanded to bring down the budget while keeping Stuttgart an EL level club; tough job. But he also just didn't do that well and his time was definitely a starting point for Stuttgart's later relegation.
At Eintracht he seems to have learned and developed, though. As I wrote, his whole time their has been a success with Frankfurt on a very positive trajectory overall, an overall transfer plus, some big big transfers hits and rather small flops, and two very, very good manager appointments.

Would've been interesting to see a German DoF like Bobic in the Premier League. But all sources point to him having chosen Hertha Berlin for familial reasons.

Thinking more the German version of Monchi with a much shorter track record due to a shorter career. Don't think Sanllehi has ever done something as decent as what Bobic has done. Actually thinking Monchi is a good comparison, that guy also gets the throwing **** at the wall and see what sticks and what sticks will get sold for tons later argument.

Monchi is actually good if given full control but he has that problem of buying too many players.

Which sometimes has been the same with Bobic. He's done a lot of small budget transfers and 1 or 2 seasons later 3/4 of them are gone as flops. But when he hits the jackpot, he does. Got Jovic, Haller and Rebic for 30m and sold them for over 100m with André Silva as cherry on top.

Yes that's why imo at big club like utd it'll won't work because they always looking for big names for club like westham it'll be very interesting

Yep, would have been very interesting, because usually at a big club you can buy a lot more focused due to more money. But he's not going to the Prem anyway as it seems.

Not surprised by this but that bad news for us regarding Ødegaard he could end up staying at real madrid seeing his friend join the club.
