Yeah, actually Abraham's last season was a point per 129 minutes, and before that with more games a point per 117 minutes, which is similar to Ings season before last one.
Looking at this, with Abraham being 5 years younger, and having 2 years in contract, Abraham looks like a bargain.
Ings obviously plays for a worse team so that has to be taken into account. He has been very efficient when I have seen him play.
