City seem the only plausible destination but not sure a) they will buy anyone in the winter transfer window as like most clubs they like to do their big transfers in the summer and b) think that ship has sailed. Kane isn't worth the money Levy will demand. They will probably try for the likes of Haaland who is a lot younger and has a release clause of only £62m.

Tbf they nailed the recruitment leading up to their CL final.
If you look at what they spent on the team they put out you have to say they did incredibly well. I don’t know what’s changed since then but their recruitment dropped off.
Expensive flops in the window like NDombele, Bergwijn, Doherty and Lo Celso. They’ve spent some money before the stadium but it was just p*ssed away.

Doubtful. Are they not like £700M in debt? Mourinho was backed with funds but only because Levy took a bank loan (that they're still paying back ) Without selling Kane or Son, where do they get £100M+ from?
Edit: They've also got an obligation to buy Romero for £50M in the summer.
With stadium debt they in they need to be careful with spending just like us before 2013 they can spend alot because they have no problem with ffp they should have let Kane go and start thier rebuild it was massive mistake imo
