This needs locking as a thread straight away, the article is a load of rubbish, the player is happy in Naples, the transfer fee rumoured is less than they paid. 😂

Napoli has no choice here, they are a selling club and they paid way too much for Osimhen. He has great talent but Wilshere level injury problems and Lacazette goals/assists numbers, so he will never be able to carry Napoli to anywhere. If Napoli waits to sell him, he's going to be worth even less.

Wow! Why should we be interested then?

He has an eye injury and a shoulder injury. They're not really the types that are likely to recur or make him injury prone.

Why would Osimhen come to Arsenal now though?

I think Edu has learnt from Arsène on how to work Arsenal fans during transfer window. Get us linked with all the big names, come up with some excuses on why the deals didn't happen then end up with an unknown.

Expect Arteta to come out in a few months to say 'we almost signed XYZ'

Saw him twice in my life, pacy and tricky. Not a striker.
5 goals in Serie A this season.
we need a prolific striker, we have enough pacy tricky players.
so no thank you.

He isn't tricky. He is a battering ram who is an absolute handful. Can be very rash, but is always likely to score. Jack of all trades, master of none, but has a an eye for goal. Drifts to the right also, which is a bit different for a striker.

The reason why he may be worth the money is that vs Chelsea and Leicester he performed very well.

I don't think he even had a good game, but still score two goals. Probably the harder chances aswell. He will frustrate, that is for sure.
