Let's all laugh at Man Utd: Amrabad

League is very weak
It's not the owners though is it? Upper management, maybe.

They've spent comparable sums to Man City in recent years. Whoever's manager gets backed. They should be challenging for the title pretty much every season. They've bought average players or decent players who don't fit into the structure they want to implement.

There's just no structure in place or guidance from upper management. It's not like the Glazers are telling them who to buy.
Who employed the upper management and put them in place.

Both Redknapp and Neville are right. Players should be performing better like Redknapp said, but Neville is also right, too many issues within the club.

Need to keep doing what they’re doing to be honest mate.

It's why I don't care if they sign a guy like FdJ he'll do f*ck all there.

United fans were crying Van De God was back but he's been benched as well the loser.

Don't like him either but I think it's such a weak argument to say different owners mean a different result over at United.
How? Owners who are capable would have ways of constructing groups of specialists and other capable people who would ultimately turn this ****-heap around.

Expectations are so high at United largely because of their fans that they have been unable to make decisions to construct the groups to provide the structure they desperately need. They need a reset yet fans are calling for them to spend absolutely obscene money every summer, which they have done.

They aren't capable but they have backed and supported the club. At one point, we had the Kroenke's who were doing neither (backing the club, nor bringing capable people). Kroenke's also took money out of the club so at the end of the day, what is it? We're clearly on a different trajectory now than United and I don't think that's squarely on our ownership mate.

I agree but all the young talents careers they ruin is criminal. Sancho going down the Martial route, Pogba is finished at 28 after being one of the most hyped players in the world. Hell they're even ruining Ronaldo's last few years.

Sancho is like Nelson, they’re just so passive it’s weird. Like they’re afraid to just go for it.

Obviously he’s performed at a much higher level than Nelson over in Germany but there’s similarities there IMO.

Not justification for us not signing him, think he is a good player. But this looks like a problem.

We were 100% signing him as a left back (glad we got Olek instead though) so he would have been fine here.

As you said, some good aspects to his game...but he cannot play as a CB in back 4, it's literally physically impossible for him.

You could give Ten Hag the benefit of the doubt for the Brighton match, but after Danny murdered Martinez he should have adapted his tactics for this game...the 4-0 is all on the manager for me.
