Bellingham would be stupid to go to Liverpool at this time. Real Madrid or Man City would be far better choices, even United or us are more lucrative at this point. Although I doubt we are even in for him.

They’ve got a good group of younger players though.

Nunez, Trent, Tsimikas, Konate, Gomez, Elliott, Carvalho, Jones and Diaz are going to be their next generation.

Adding Bellingham in there would be a good fit.

One of the main attributes for an arteta striker is that he/she runs like a hound dog without the ball, or the rest of our tactics will go down the drain.

It can be a huge target player, but not one who doesn't close down the opposition
Who did this before Jesus? I really find it funny how because we started this season well now Arteta has his style of players. And we were poor all the time before because the players were not his style

Kinda excuse his failure in the future as well. Well Arteta lost his style of players and if he gets them and they never get injured we be top of the league like the first 14 games

Its true tho. This season is the first season with a fully Arteta team. In previous seasons we've had deadwood & players past their best from previous regimes playing. Last year we saw a glimpse of what might happen if it started to click. All managers & clubs do this tho. As in squad turnover. Ours just had a lot to do & obviously couldn't be done in just a couple of windows. I think we are about 3 windows away from seeing a squad fully Artetas. The next stage of the process is bringing in players of Bellinghams quality.

Sorry - don't want to derail this thread. Just chipping in with my 10 pence worth.

Tsimikas about to turn 27, Diaz almost 26. Half the others won't make it, Gomez a cripple, Elliott and Jones literally who. TrEnT lol

Cycling off tren clen and superdrol, owners looking to sell. They're going down the drain hard

Diaz almost 26 as if that’s some gotcha

Elliott is class. Proper talent.

Can one of the admin do a poll please?

Will we sign a striker?

No, no or no being the three options!

We won't and we all know this, in part due to ffp as we have other slots to fill and players from within who can do a far more than adequate job if given backing (and they don't read all the doom mongering on here).

These reactionary links are funny on one hand but deluded on another, dangerous too if players read about themselves.

Eddie will surprise a few if given a run of games, if not him then martinelli will slip into central striker role and press like mad in a jesus style.

Jesus getting injured is a setback, rivals will ensure their own ones and adapt...just as we will.

Just responding to your claim "younger players".

Elliott looks decent but nothing special, Btec Jordon Ibe. Also a cripple

Definitely going to be clear of Ibe. No worries there at all

Another shocking judgement call after your weird hate boner for Ben White. Diabolical ball knowledge.

That’s quite mid imo, minus Trent (already WC) and Konate I don’t think any of those guys are going to cut it at the real top level. Diaz is already in his prime id think.

Madrid are already stacked in midfield to be fair so not sure Jude would be a huge priority for them.

White Ben was wildly inconsistent last season, couple good many average and some piss poor performances. Him being a revelation at RB this year doesn't change that.

Allow talking about diabolical when you literally called Arteta satanic demon spawn devil worshipper about a year ago.

Never seize a chance to derail a valid point

Sometimes it's less embarrassing to change a standpoint than continue an imaginary future Arteta failure!?! It really has nothing to do with that.

Every coach in the world has a style of player

To suggest transfers, we should obviously consider how a player fit into our style of play.

Our players need to be good passers and pressers, to name two!

What’s stupid is saying Arteta has one type of player and only now he got them and use it as an excuse for his past performance

The club was desperate to sign Vlahovic and he turned us down. Is he a pressing striker as well? Putting Arteta in a box and say he only has one type of player is simply inaccurate. We got Jesus because he was the best we could attract. Not because he is Arteta type of striker. If a player of prime Auba was available he would jump on that chance as well. You don’t go from Vlahovic to Jesus if you are as rigid as some of you claim

He was soooo clear of Gabby last season as CB let’s not go there again. All the goals we shipped in games he missed and our record with him speaks for itself.

Yeah never shied away from saying Arteta is a hardcore satanist. His curses and sacrifices worked, never said they wouldn’t.
