This guy knows what he is talking about, tbf.

Was a titan in my Aberdeen Championship Manager 03-04 save, when I beat Rangers and Celtic to the title...you can sign him on a free transfer on that game, as Chelsea sacked him for doing coke in a London nightclub... legend in my books 💪
Super, super talented but wasted it. Alex Ferguson who signed him for Utd called him the worse professional he ever had to manage in his career.

No they are not a rubbish team. They have been playing in the UCL for a good while now much longer than we have recently. They were actually unlucky to go out to Inter last season with both games being tight over the 2 legs.
They would get absolutely smashed by City or Liverpool. That's just a fact. Liverpool routinely destroyed Porto for a good reason.

That high line would have got wrecked.

Especially when we played through Porto's press and gaps opened up. We didn't do anything with it. We didn't even look to run behind Porto. It was a disgrace up front.

I want one more physically able player in the team. One who doesn't end up on the ground every time he gets the ball back to the net. Goldie locks is annoying in most big games so shouldn't go at him to hard. 9/10 times he plays like this in this game state.

In a game? This can’t be real

No, in real life...in game would have been ****ing amazing though 😅

There was another free transfer you could get in that game, Hamilton Ricard...who I picked up with Aberdeen and was my top scorer.

Years later I looked up why he was on a free, turned out he killed someone in Colombia.

My star guys being a drug head and a murderer ffs, took a little away from the memory of that save not gonna lie!

You making too many assumptions on what Arteta will do in future.

Arteta got it wrong tonight yes, just like Klopp got his tactics wrong when coming to the Emirates as few weeks ago. These things happen.

We were playing for a draw, and we were punished for that. But its only halftime.
I wouldn't even say he got his tactics wrong, because if it had ended 0-0 I'd be feeling really positive. It was a lapse of concentration in literally the last minute

Because we didn't even try, Arteta came for a draw, it's obvious.

lol at some of the posters here.

“No confidence in 2nd leg” “we’re bottlers and will bottle it”

PMSL 🤣

Porto will role over die 4-0 at the Emirates. They are specialist in it. History has always told us this in this tie.

Also seeing posts about Newcastle beating lol. Some of you are just pathetic - really.

Please guys, don't make yourself silly by bigging-up Porto. There's a reason why they are off the pace in a weak European league and have in the last three games lost at Arouca (who?) and scraped a draw at home with the mighty Rio Ave.

They're not bad, but they're not very good. They did their bit today but basically we beat ourselves.

League performances do not translate to Europe. It's a completely different equation.

Arsenal Quotes

I can really see the light. I’m telling you I’m very positive most of the time. I’ve seen the light and I can see bright lights. There can be bumps in the road within that light, but I can see a lot of light.
