Obviously no1 is perfect and ALL our playerz hav their qualities and faults, and since there arent any gamez to talk about nowadayz, i think it wud be pretty interesting to see what you guyz would say.

Herez what i think ...

Lehmann - Temper !

Lauren - Needs to make his forward runs more effective
Campell - Tends to make small, minor mistakes every now and then ...
Toure - erm...... cant think of any ...
Cole - Needs to be more cautious of how many forward runs he makes, like any full back, he gets caught out of position sumtimez..

Pires - Great player with the ball. But he hardly ever tackles and seems to try very hard to avoid injuriez when going for 50 - 50z after THAT injury he got. But who can blame him ...
Gilberto - Needs to be more confident
Vieira - erm...... try a shot every now and then
Ljungerg - Be more consistent !

Henry - Heading
Bergkamp - Consistency

With the exception of Toure, i think those are all areaz the lads can work on. Obviously for the likes of Henry, Pires, Paddy, and Campbell - theyr not really major faults but theyr still thingz they can work on ...

Once again, im not critisizing anyone, These are all players i adore. But nobody is perfect !!

What do ya think ?

i agree about lehman, i'm still a bit mad at him cause he gave away the win at ****e hart lane. alright we still won the league, but after the 2-2 the yids left with a slightly happy feeling as well. and i want them to feel bad.

i think lauren's forward runs have been effective last season, so i don't agree on that one.

i agree on the other players, especially about pires.

This is a critical perspective:

Lehmann - Temperament, and to be more disciplined in some situations.

Lauren - More power, pace and strength, and reduction of slipping.
Campell - More comfortable against European players who challenge you technically and not physically.
Toure - Same with Campbell. Superb in the Premiership, but more discipline and reading in Europe.
Cole - Aerial ability at far post.

Pires - His work rate is superb when he wants it to be, so he could be more consistent with that.
Gilberto - Awareness, technique, and finishing.
Vieira - Acceleration at times, and quickness of legs when executing a tackle. Concedes alot of free kicks having to work along that weakness as he is so tall.
Ljungberg - Technique, strength and power.

Henry - Heading, and work on his ability to function when marked tightly in Europe. Technique in tight situations where there is no space. See Ronaldinho and Zidane.

Bergkamp - Consistency. Nail on the head. Doesn't that come with age?

Technique in tight situations where there is no space. See Ronaldinho and Zidane.

thats very true, if he has some space the defender is fcuked 9 and a half times out of ten, but if you look at the control and skill at close quarters of ronaldinho he cant match that!

but then again ronaldinho is probably the most technically gifted player on the plaet!

Lehmann-Stop those charges out of goal!!
Lauren-Get back quick after losing the ball!!
Cole-nothing springs to mind.
Campbell-passing could be better.
Toure-could show more composure on the ball
Vieira-SHGOT!!! when he should shoot he dont..when he should not he does!!!
Gilberto-Wake up man!!
Pires-Tackle
Ljungberg-not his fault but i do think he is wasted out on the wing.
Bergkamp-Legend..should score more though.
Henry-he does not score enough....joke!
Edu-Should admit he is Fonzee from Happy Days.

Henry can head the ball people, look at the older goals, or his goals for France. Only our playing style has changed so that he hardly gets heading chances.

Yes, this is strange for someone who is supposed to practice kick boxing, you'd think it would give him all these things & a good sense of balance too!

Vieira - Score more consistently, have been missing a lot of chances. And try not to lose the ball so often.
Pires - Go in for the challenge more often
Titi - Take corners better and be cool under pressure
Bergy - Nothing much. He's leaving soon anyway

Gilberto - finishing and confidence...altohugh the latter seems to have improved as the season went along

Ljungberg - needs to toughen up physically..hes always getting injured..

Pires - he can continue to pull out of tackles as far as I'm concerned...ffs he had a career threatening injury and I would rather he pulled out of 123235 more tackles than risk a relapse...Pires tho should make up for that by closing down spaces and tracking back a bit more to compensate

Henry - Carpe Diem - I don;t think Henry underperforms in big matches..but true greats rise to the occasiaon and produce their very best on the biggest nights which I don't think we can claim he has

Vieira - Shooting - he needs to become a bigger scorign threat especially considering he can break from midfield so wonderfully well

Campbell & Toure - A little work tactically and tehcnically to be able to defend in Europe

Cole - I think he could still work on his defending..I think he does commit too much and perhaps should stay on is feet more

Lauren - Looks lazy and off pace a lot of the times...needs to sharpen up

Bergkamp - Needs to become younger again ... ;D
