Rodriguez got punished for being dumb. Instead of letting go, he looked at Welbz and went into him not caring about the ball. IT doesn't have to be a nasty challange for a faul to be called, like this one wasnt, but thats what you get for not playing football, with some **** ideas in your head

Never a penalty but I thought Danny was extremely useful today. I usually bash people for harping on about his athleticism but I must admit this guy kept them thinking and forced them to play into our hands at times. Solid performance. He'll never be a goal scorer but this was exactly the type of event we needed our long distance sprinter.

I normally don't encourage diving or questionable referee decisions, but just damn, we have suffered SO, SO much from those two things, at this point I don't even care. Nor did I care last season. Here's to good days without us needing such things, though.
