The best thing for contact talks to recommence is for Ramsey to be playing well. I don’t imagine he wants to leave, and Emery has did he is wanted. If he is playing well everybody is happy, everyone will be more willing to engage. If he isn’t playing well it gives people excuses to not put a contract on the table
