Possibly, but they’ll need godlike luck to achieve that based on their play so far this season. There’s a reason an undefeated season is so rare. One bad day out of 38 is all it takes, and that’s without taking into consideration fatigue and match prioritization for Champions League knockouts (although they might not have to worry about that), etc. I’m pretty confident they’ll slip up somewhere along the line.

Always wanted a defender like Luiz/Stones, they make mistakes yes but having centre backs that are as good on the ball as they are is a massive asset for top sides.

That's a fair point, but I think City will be easier to compete with once Pep goes which won't be more than 2/3 years from now since his MO isn't to stick around.
