Would be a crazy level of technical ability right there, the sort of level you need to avoid the high press that the likes of City put on you.

Xhaka/Torreira is good but the Xhak is a margin to slow with his feet to avoid a really good press.
What about Lucas and Isco? Isco is going to leave Real Madrid

Going to be watching Dragonball for the foreseeable future now @Camron, thanks a lot!

Rewatched Kai the other day (it's Z without the Namek exploding endlessness of 10000000 episodes).

It's a shame that the Dub guy for Goku went on to dub Buddy Valastro (Cake Boss). It's so strange watching reality TV waiting for Buddy to go super sayian.

Has clearly dropped physically as a result of Emery running him into the ground.

Oh come on. He hardly played at the start of the season, everybody was begging Emery to start him.

Crazy how quickly people’s perspective changes. Torreira wasn’t even that bad today- certainly improved on his performance against Brighton.

The start of the season was 4 months ago. That has zero relevance to a busy Christmas period one which he has never had to deal with and in a league with bigger bodies and faster pace. He should have been rested at some point in the last 3-4 games.

He hasn't been overplayed at all but he did look tired today. Maybe its for the best if we rest him against Fulham, still the signing of the season so far for me.

Has played 5 games in the space of 13 days, completing the 90 in 4 of them and all being relatively tough fixtures. But yeah hasn't been overplayed at all.

He was really poor again today, especially for Liverpool's second. Looking a shadow of the player he was 1-1.5 months ago. He's done so well this season and the entire team was awful today, so he gets a pass.

I don't think Emery has much choice but to play him when fit. Who else are we going to play - Elneny, Willock? Imagine Emery started either of those guys and we lost, can almost hear the knives coming out.

You give him a rest in less important games such as the mickey mouse cup or physical fixture away at Brighton. Don't play him at home against Burnley when we should be looking to control the game and see out the opposition through our ability to keep possession.
