Already have the Ramsey replacement in Smith-Rowe. Think he’s ready now. Just my opinion though. Wingers are another story, barring maybe Nelson.

Smith-Rowe is my favorite. Don't think he is ready for major role yet but he can be part of the squad and should get more game time than last year! A loan is not a bad idea either given that we are stuck with Özil and Mikitaryan for next year at least!

Nah. He’s more ready than most think. Just need to make the situation where we’re not relying on him. Mkhitaryan and Özil can help with that (as much as I want them sold). If they go, then yes we need to invest in that kind of midfielder.
