I can't believe this plan A or nothing strategy is true. I agree we shouldn't shelve out €30m on another Xhaka/Mustafi signing, but surely there are multiple options between the two extremes of 'plan A' and 'expensive dross'.

For LB: Grimaldo, Halstenberg, Firpo, maybe going big for Alaba who(m?) Bayern seems to ship around, Gaya, Telles?
For Winger: Bergwijn, Soares, Oyarzabal, Neres, Chiesa, Mahrez?

Just spitballing, but surely there are options that are at CL level and better than Kola / Iwobi as starting options for those positions?

Also still hoping for Alves and a CB signing to come in immediately.

Tierney and Zaha deals not off yet specially Tierney we just need to give celtic more money upfront the Zaha deal complicated maybe we'll look for other options soon

When Ceballos gets done, it will free up Smith Rowe to go out on loan and make Elneny 10th choice. Those two should be sorted soon really, hopefully there’s some truth to the Elneny/West Ham rumours.

Get the Tierney deal done, Zaha (or another winger) and a starting, quality CB for this season and this will be the best transfer window we've seen in a long, long time.
After that's all done start shifting the deadwood - Elneny, Jenkinson, etc.

Don't judge players until they've played a game for said club. Sess was terrible last season, Tierney is certainly the better left back. Ceballos and Ndombele are completely different players

Fulham were generally terrible defensively, won't be the case under Pochettino. He will be a Kyle Walker-esque signing for them imo.

He’s definitely got a good future IF they nurture him as a LB. He’s not good enough to be a winger in the PL and it’ll take him a while to be good enough at LB as his positioning is Kolasinac like.
