That's, like, your opinion, man.

Yeah, said it on the match thread, much rather give him, Nelson, et. al. space on the left, than have Mkhi or Auba there.

Don't know who said, but this is the type of player who gets Auba into 30+ league goals. Not that he's there yet, but the team needs players like him.

Yeah, feeling that, too. Seemed to feel much less pressure than Reiss does. He doesn't have to start every game there, but Unai needs to put him there if he wants to play Auba central.
Reiss will come good, but is trying too hard. Give Reiss some carabao and EL minutes and the PL sub when we lead comfortably (will surely happen somewhere this season...).

Emery’s got to start playing him or Nelson on the left.

He clearly doesn’t like playing kids unless he’s forced so he lines up with that sh*te 4-4-2 formation with Pepe and PEA up front.

Auba looked so much better having some actual wide players either side of him.

Had a rough first half I thought but grew into the game and exploded in the 2nd. That goal was majestic.

Saka is ready to start. He might not be there completely physically but he has the ability to play first team football, as seen tonight.

Yeah it’s just on the manager to back him now, the team looks better with two wingers.

Please, let’s not put unnecessary pressure on the lad, he had a great game in the Europa League but the Premier League is a different level. He has no business starting for us if we intend to finish in the top 4.

I’d like to see him on the bench though, can contribute from there enough, for now.

We’ve got to start either him or Nelson because there’s no other wide options.

Nelson has struggled recently so Saka should get his chance.

I agree people should be realistic, tonight isn’t going to happen very often, but the team shape looks better if we have wingers either side of Auba.
