Not sure if joking, but what foundation are you talking about? When Klopp took over, they were 8th in the league with one of the worst defenses. He played Firmino on the wings because Benteke was his striker of his choice. Rodgers track record in the transfer market was very underwhelming. Klopp completely rebuilt Liverpool. The only starter left is Firmino.
So far he profits from a well oiled machine Leicester is. It remains to be seen if he lasts longer than Ranieri who could not win anything in his second year and got sacked despite winning the PL. I bet a lot of people wanted Ranieri too after winning the league. Not many want him now. So far Rodgers is the one who profits from the foundations others created in Leicester.

Nobody wanted Ranieri ffs. Everyone knew it was a once off. With Leicester you have to look at the football their playing above all else.

As for Liverpool if Rodgers doesn't bring in Coutinho on the cheap from Inter then Barca don't pay 140 million in order for Liverpool to buy the success they're now getting.

Agreed. Klopp didn't do it overnight, he still made a European final with Brendan's team, but over the years gradually phased out Brendan's players one by one. Only Hendo and Firmino are the only REGULAR Brendan players and even Hendo was bought by Dalglish.
