Happy that are not moving for Nuno while he is doing a great job at Wolves we will not move up a level with him would rather stay stuck with Emery and look if we can change things around. We should only change managers if we can get Arteta mid season.

Bielsa would fit in well too. Great tactical manager and his no-nonsense style is much needed as we have too many slackers in the team

Got to think if Allegri was genuinely interested Emery would be out the door by now.
**** it, give it to Vieira. At least all the fans will get behind him and support a club legend.

He's got to be interested surely? Unless he's waiting on the Man U job? He hasn't got that many options open to him

What's even more horrifying is that it seems like Emery staying for much longer as we recently expected is becoming more likely again. Wtf is going on ?!

Raul and co just don't want to sack him and are delaying it as much as possible in hope he can perform a miraculous turnaround.

They don't want to sack him because, as we have witnessed this past week, a lot of the managers who are available and willing to join us mid-season are not much of an upgrade on Emery. They also can't appoint Ljungberg until the end of the season because he doesn't have the right coaching badges.

Joining Arsenal midway through a disappointing season is not very appealing to most managers. Top-rate managers like ten Hag and Allegri will wait until the summer to see what other jobs might be available (Bayern, PSG, etc), and even those second-tier managers like Nuno, Howe will not want to leave their clubs mid-season to join on an interim basis.

One plausible candidate that springs to mind is Roberto Martinez. He wanted the Sp**s job apparently and would probably join on an interim basis so he can rejoin Belgium for the Euros.

I really like Bielsa. But I don't think he's fluent in English yet; last time I checked he was still using a translator (at least when talking to the media). Also he's got a good project at Leeds, pushing them for promotion, almost got it last season and they are strong contenders again for it this season. I don't think now would be the right time for him to jump ship.

Not necessarily.

Maybe we just sounded him out and are genuinely waiting for Emery to **** up some more before the sack.

Maybe negotiations are ongoing, it's not as quick and easy as it may seem. Mourinho spent better part of the international break negotiating with Sp**s. There's bonuses for staff, how many staff members will he bring, their salaries, all kind of ****.

Emery is lucky, that many decent managers are unavailable or they simple don't want this job.

I have no words about our owner or the three stooges under them. P*ss poor.
