Eriksen's career seems to have stalled since he rejected his contract offer at Sp**s. You woulda thought he would want to prove to people that he is worth spending big money on (in terms of his wages). Now he's ending up at Inter lol.

Ramsey played through his skin even after he knew he had a deal agreed with Juve, its like he moved up a gear even. Elite professional.

Real are amassing some serious Brazilian talent.

Real either seem fed up of buying players for 100mil+ or they now want to cash in on some of the 100mil sales.

Their transfer business just seems 'different' to their norm, I think they may have realised they are not the single financial powerhouse they once were now the PL money has gone crazy and the oil clubs being around.

Fabrizio now saying Giroud, Eriksen AND probably Vidal also.

Insane business for a winter window

Dangerous business IF they dont win the title though, they look to be after squad depth, Erikson ok, but Giroud and Vidal must be on their last legs and still high wages I'd imagine.

Do hope they win the title though but not sure.

Real dont care about making money of sales
It is weird to see them not just buying finished products but it could be due to the ludicrous fees clubs like are asking for WC players now.
Much cheaper to buy them in bulk and see who makes it

I'm sure they do care, its a model that has worked for multiple clubs and Real have that stamp of authenticity they can put on players, their rejects are first team players for other clubs.

As rich as they may be they still need to make money off sales.

Conte's two biggest complaints have been a lack of depth and a lack of players who've experienced winning before. With Giroud and Vidal they get that winning mentality. Giroud's just another alternative to Lukaku and Lautaro. He's very low risk, can come off the bench and score, good aerial threat, even at his age it's not like he was ever reliant on his pace. This might be a bit of an odd comparison but I remember Leicester's title winning year and there was a few occasions when Ulloa came off the bench to score or he contributed in some way. Yet when people look back at their team they focus purely on the starting eleven and forget someone like him.

With Vidal, he's a warrior, knows Serie A, knows Conte and his system. Keeps himself in peak physical condition, brings that winning mentality and demands a lot from his teammates. He'll certainly add something, currently Conte's midfield options are more on the younger side and certainly haven't experienced the same level of success as someone like Vidal who's been a champion in several different countries as well as with his national team.

Conte desperately wanted vidal since he was at Chelsea. Inter squad is big they'll need to sell few later the window if they manage getting Giroud Vidal and Eriksen
