Either pay him up and release him or do the same with the help of another club or keep him as a shirt seller who doesnt play. Some are clearly gullible enough to still buy a bumzil shirt so dont care if he stays on that basis but he shouldnt be anywhere near the first team. Would strip him of his shirt number as well if contractually possible. As Arteta says, he knows what he needs to do to get back in the squad if he refuses to do it take our number 10 back and let him sell ozil99 shirts to his cultists instead.
