Can't believe the sh*t storm Arteta came into at the start of his tenure and from day one he has oozed belief in himself with no waiver and people thinking we need this and that(which we do) but what he is getting out of what we have got is beginning to show he is something else, special even. Yes we have some ways to go but nice to get some little trinkets to make the journey a little brighter!

If he gets the ball he just plays it left, any penetrative pass will come from Tierney.

You love mentioning people and then quoting them correctly. Saka has scored and assisted from the right before. He is a good footballer, so he will obviously have very good moments, but that doesn't mean he is comfortable there.

He is far more comfortable on the left. His running with the ball, the way he receives it, thr first touch. Everything about his game is better when on the left. Obviously if he gets into a dangerous position with the ball on his left, it won't matter where he is playing, he scores from left back ffs.

It won't hurt his development if deployed at RW, it will only improve his game that he's comfortable from the right, where he potentially can be even more devastating as we saw today.

We are still not quite there but slowly we need to dominate smaller teams everywhere on the pitch. Don't want **** performances like vs Villa.

Any team struggles against teams that park the bus. We did for years under Wenger even with the likes of Cazorla, Özil and Sanchez in the team. People are quick to forget that.

Just accept that games like Villa will happen, but hopefully it happens less.

What I like he is cooking with what he’s been given and we all like what he is putting on the table. Very impressive!

They can happen but not where we can't string two passes together. That's unacceptable.

I have to give credit to Arteta and the players. I didn't see this result coming looking at the lineups. Everyone who played today worked incredibly hard and it is great to see that.

Nketiah perhaps could have done better but he is young and maybe we expect too much too soon from him. Holding had some good moments, but also some nail-biting ones. Honestly don't think he's ever been the same since that big knee injury.

This result will be great for getting the confidence going because of our tough start away from home. I can see this squad is just missing some creativity and better hold up play from CF position.

What a remarkable change from the Emery days.
