Never seen a summer transfer window with so much loan moves. Covid sure did broke most clubs in space of months
Still somehow these clubs refuse to budge even the slightest form their asking prices on players. Napoli could've had good cash from Koulibaly but they decided to keep him for one more year. He'll be 30 next summer with 2 years left on contract. Do they really expect to get more than what City offered? Can they afford to lose him for nothing if they have to loan players?
