In regards to any potential replacement for Greedybayor = I don't want another out & out goal scorer, but rather someone who can score but more importantly provides a better continuity in our attack. I don't want anyone who will look to become the focus of our goal scoring, but someone who will work with the attack - a more 'finished' version of Bendtner? If AW is looking for the same thing then I suspect he won't sign a recognised starter so as not to 'kill' Bendtner.

Chamakh. Seriously.

IMO it will come down to our 'formation' & AA's role.

Toulalan - yes, sure

Cassano - would make me re-think my decision to support Arsenal.. hate him almost as much as anyone in world football today.. talented? sure.. mentality and maturity? yer 'avin a laugh.. Wenger would never in a million years sign such a severe head case

We now have threads on 4 strikers being linked to us!!!!!

IF we ARE interested in signing another striker, I'd prefer one who is comfortable on the ball; can play off the flanks; can run at defenders; has some pace & some strength on the ball.

My main preference is to be able to run at defenders to give us options in the tight stuff.

Why would Young agree to be back up here when he's been linked with everyone of the top 4 and is Villas most important player?

Figure he'd get playing time as both striker and winger. Therefor, I haven't added a striker in my wishlist. Also, his little brother is playing here and he's said he's a fan (I think anyway, ). And furthermore, I have a hard time seeing Rozza playing a full season so Young would get plenty of playing time.

You're right!

Let's add Tweety to the sell list at £3 mill and add Bassong on the buy list. The latter would be comparably cheap and an improvement of gargantuan proportions.

In a heartbeat. I don't think Everton are keen on selling anyone this summer though. They refused an offer from City for somewhere around £20 million is rumours are to be believed.
