I can't think of anyone who could pass as a backup option, but would also offer the qualities we would require for the position, not that my teams are in any way realistic. I see Sinclair as pretty much a left sided version of Theo Walcott, with similar strengths, characteristics and weaknesses.

If you want breaking with pace, swap Wilshere and Melo, put Nasri in the Wilshere's position, and put Walcott on the right.

I was actually supposed to take van Persie out of the team, given that he wouldn't be suitable for the role in such a setup. You're right about Nasri too, but I think his movement would compensate for his lack of blistering pace.

Why sell arshavin?

Because he's the biggest culprit for breaking down our moves with careless passing. He's a big part of us suffering with counterattacks because he loses the ball whilst it's still alive. He can't beat his man with the ball anymore and is too lazy/unfit to continually track back. When he gets back to help our LB, he isn't good at defending and we inevitably suffer. (Bear in mind i'm only listing negatives here)

Oh, and I want Hazard, and with Arshavin as our weakest link between our WFs, i'd sacrifice him. :angel

Arshavin is still one of our best players, just playing out of posession isnt dooing him good. he needs a free role just like Cesc

I do think he can be great for us in the hole role, he isnt a winger
