The Gabriel Jesus injury was actually a blessing in disguise for them. Gives them a reason to get Alexis in now to avoid competition in the summer, he can bed in for 6 months making it easier to phase Aguero out and eventually sell him in the summer. The actual injury won't even effect them in the league as they've sewn it up and he'll be back before the CL quarterfinals.

That's a good point , why would he come here when he could just take over after Pep is gone.

He can stay at City as long as Pep agrees to come here.

Have to agree with this, I reckon we'd have waited til the summer if GJ was fit.
