Very sad for him to go out this way. Deserved a good send off in his last home match.

Haven't followed news around his injury that much, but the EL final is something 14 days after our last PL game. Is there no way he can make it? He always delivers in big games.

Let's face it, we would have snatched at least forth place with him not getting injured..

Sadly his arsenal career has been hampered by injury thanks to shawcross. He is player much like bale who can only play once a week or 5/6 games in a row before he gets injured. Imagine if ramsey and jack had never got those tackles.

Without the injury, he may not have turned into a goal hanger. I really hope he could developed into a technical player like cazorla, but sadly he didn’t reach that level.

He played some good attractive football when he first joined. I liked his performance and think he was capable to develop into something special.

He was a promising talent who should have polished his passing, touch, control, skill moves, football brain, tactical discipline, to become the next xavi or iniesta.

When his strength were played to Ramsey was always brilliant. He looked bad when this wasn’t the case - especially when he played as AM. Always looked best in the no 8 role, and will thrive there next to Can next year.

He was a great for the era he played for us. He helped us to 3 FA Cups, scoring the winning goal in two.

Those aren’t crocodile tears. How could they be? He joined 11 years ago, and alongside the FA Cups, he contributed 128 goals in 369 games for a club that stuck with him through injury and nearly two years of recovery and rehab.

And he’s so clearly a great lad. I actually hope he does well at Juve.

One of the few players who truly knew what it meant to play for the shirt. Love him to bits. Gave us our best memories in the 13 or so years.

Love Rambo, hate Arsenal.

Anyone know what the Juve forum is called? Asking for a friend.

Future Gooners will look back on the 11 years that Ramsey played for us, see that he became our highest scoring CM, ended our trophy drought, had some excellent seasons including POTY last year and probably would have been in 13/14 too if not for injury, that he came back from a horrific injury and above all gave absolutely everything for the club and was a producer in big games and they'll be amazed that there was mixed feelings about him among the Arsenal support. **** your debate. If you honestly don't think he's an Arsenal legend then I just don't know what to say. I'm not in the mood for debating it either so don't bother quoting me.

Good luck Ramsey. Has been a journey and he did well to return after horrific injury. We traumatized around that time with what happened to him, Eduardo, diaby etc

Have always stood up for Ramsey on here against all the irrational hatred. Really weird that one of the best players this club has seen during the Emirates era have been so lambasted.

Anyway thanks for all the memories Aaron, and best of luck at Juve. Should be a grand adventure!

Players are fair game when you see the way our greatest manager got treated/spoken about.
