In what world is Ox worth 40M in the last year of his contract?

Furthermore, what would he. Have been worth if he still had years left on his contract?

It's unbelievable really, the guy has achieved literally nothing in the game and he goes for that much in the final year of a contract.

Considering all his media work for us, I can't wait until he turns up at the Emirates and the fans produce a masterful rendition of 'You're just a **** Johan Djourou'.

Doesn't matter if he's good for Liverpool, he's been s*** for us and won't live up to his supposed potential here. Good luck to him

Can't blame for leaving if im honest the current state of affairs are diabolical at this club, an owner who doesn't care a manager who's past his prime and a team of bottlers, good luck to you Ox, shame you never reached your potential for us, hope you have a successful career.

Thank God he didn't accept the 180K offer from the club.

Could you imagine Ox being the highest paid player at the club? Could you imagine the effect that would have? That idiot Ramsey would probably ask for 200K.

That's a good point

He will be a complete success. Finally fulfilling his potential - mark my words, this is 100% going to happen, if people hate him for the way he left or not.
Wouldn't surprise me one bit with proper coaching by Klopp for a a year or two. We simply have stopped developing young players.
