Take Crouchy though, he never bulked up, it was just how he was, Isak a less extreme case but still, I think he’s just naturally willowy.

Yeah but 6’7 is way taller than Isak.

He might struggle to bulk up but as long his core is maxed out he’ll be fine. Blast the legs to get that hang time up as well.

He was mentioned by the Athletic as a credible option a few days ago. Could see some movement before next week.

Regarding the whole 'bulk him up' thing it's not that easy when he is expected to perform on the pitch at the same time. Can't just put on mass, has to be actual muscle (getting "pumped" is not the same thing) and that takes a lot of effort. Add genetics to that....

He doesn't need to gain 10kg of pure muscle. Probably 3-4kg would be enough to make him not look like a match stick. Look at Cristiano when he joined United and left. It will take a few years but not that difficult.

Yeah exactly. I feel like almost all footballers can boost up their core and jumping strength.

4 kg of muscle is pretty hard yeah😅Regardless; he has been strength training his whole career, which tells me he is probably fighting some serious skinny-guy genes.

That's, like, your opinion, man.

Ronaldinho was skinny as a twig when he came to Europe, a couple of seasons into his Barça stint and he got ripped as ****.

PEDs? Most likely, but you can get bigger in time and fill into your body.

Just let him take 4-6 months out and get him pumped up on those cycles like Goretzka.

Not when you have some of the best strength and conditioning coaches in the country coaching you.

David Silva did strength training all his football career and never got bigger as his goals were different.

36 eggs a day for 6-8 weeks with adequate training is better than a PED cycle.

Why do it the ethical way? All the elite clubs are cheating the system.

Pump the lad up with PEDs and let him steal all the lunch money from defenders in the PL.
