Last August, Lyon signed Mouhamadou Dabo on a 4-year deal; he can play at right- and left back. Lyon seem to have enough players to be able to let Aly go.

Also, he is a big earner over there and they would like to get him off their wage bill. He should be reasonable on wages, keep in mind, their budget is only 140 million, ours is nearly twice that.

So, only problem would be to get rid off Squillaci and Almunia. Why not just release Almunia, it will cost 6 months on wages and perhaps a bit more, I don't know. Can't be that much.

Because he's still decent enough as a third keeper, especially given Fabianski's injury issues. A tad safer than the inexperienced Martinez.

Apparently SSN are reporting that Cissokho is going to have a medical at Arsenal, anyone confirm this? I don't have access to SSN atm.

Ok seems like a false alarm. Someone must have said it and literally everyone believed it and it spread all over twitter, SSN aren't reporting it.
