I see Noni. Not one good decision.

He’s 16

Poor decision making could just be due to lack of experience. And honestly I’m not even seeing a lot of poor decisions here?

The main thing you are seeing is speed of thought. A lot of his dribbles are clever touches into space and going in the direction he thinks the defender isn’t going to expect. That shows he’s actually thinking about what he’s doing and has a plan, that will most likely translate to good decision making.

Secondly he’s comfortable using both feet which makes him infinitely harder to defend 1v1.

Those two things alone make him a special prospect and I’ve only watched one clip. You don’t make a PL debut at 15 for no reason.

More games, more intense playing style (pressing, etc). It's inevitable

Currently on my fourth article that hamstring injuries are getting worse and more serious compared to decade or two ago. At every club. Not just us.

Maybe us having the lowest amount of sprints in recent seasons is a contributing factor. Then I suspect Arteta can be blamed. But then again everyone got mad at him when Ben White got injured while sprinting. Tricky.

Yeah but still over 70 hamstring injuries with more than month out last season in the PL. 4 from us.
Yes but a month out for a hamstring is not uncommon. Like of all the hamstring injuries there are on a daily basis whether in sport or just everyday life, the percentage that are severe enough to require surgery is tiny. 3 of our 4 instances last season being that severe is extraordinary. All within like a 2-3 month span as well. You might never see that again. That's beyond just the greater wear and tear of modern football. Something went wrong at the club pretty clearly.

Thats a fair assessment mate.

Alvarez is a must. Need to do all we can to get him then look for a promising player who can operate off of the left.

Havertz, Jesus, Gyökeres, Martinelli, Trossard.

3 maybe even 4 of the above are going to go this summer.

Jesus is the only cert to leave. I wouldn’t be surprised if Trossard and Martinelli are still here in some capacity. This club is a soft touch when it comes to getting rid of average players.

I’m hoping Berta is more ruthless than previous sporting directors because a serious club wouldn’t accept the performances these forwards have put in this season.

His track record from last summer doesn’t leave me with much hope though.

Not true. Arteta was ruthless with that defence when he arrived.
