I can't see us being in for him if that's the case. We've just recently accepted the reality that you sometimes need to pay an agent to act as an intermediary for tough deals but it doesn't seem in our nature as a club to deal with a diva parent.

It get's worse, apparently he demanded United break the rules and put a 14yo in the U21s. They wouldn't and other teams said they would, so United capitulated. Then his Dad put in the request after United left JJ out of their CL squad

JJ Gabriel is class. Not quite as good as Dowman or Williams-Barnett but solidly in that tier IMO.
He's going to Barcelona though, they've been sniffing around him for ages. Arsenal won't have the pull IMO - we do have the pathway though. LW is probably gonna be his best position and we have BBJ-shaped hole there in the academy. Holger Quintero is more CM than LW too. Bartashvilli also makes things more complicated. Either way, it's Barca who've put down the biggest chase for him so far.
