Not going to lie the Ekiteke news has pissed me off.

Is he going to be a guaranteed success? No. But if he is they’ve taken the risk and got themselves a world class striker who will help them challenge for trophies and/or get them a monster transfer fee in the future.

We never go for these signings but then act confused when we can’t afford to spend 150M on Isak or aren’t able to compete with the biggest clubs for their signature.

The only reason we’re even competing for trophies right now is because we took a gamble and paid 30M for an 18yo CB who has world class potential.

Clubs like us, Liverpool and Chelsea can’t afford to battle Madrid/Bayern/Barca for players who are already world class. Liverpool took a chance on Salah all those years ago and have now done it with Wirtz and Ekiteke, Chelsea paid 40M for an unproven Palmer cos they believed in his talent. Who is Arsenal’s version of that?

I agree 100%

The last 3 summers all we have done is buy win now from the Jesus and zinchenko window to the Merino and sterling window, the problem is the win now signinings didn't lead us to winning. The only upside player we have signed in 3 years is calafiori and as people have said defender.

Passing up on all these young talented high upside players is going to bite us in the ass eventually but the fanbase is so desperate they can't see that now.

Yousif Arsenal

Was on Vinai's payroll; misses 4th place trophy 🏆
He’s back on the menu
Imo not this summer but pretty sure next summer if he decides not to renew he'd have two years Newcastle will likely lower thier demand.

As for now Arsenal will never consider him for 150M

I still think Newcastle's way of keeping Isak will be to promise him a move next summer. It doesn't seem for whatever reason they are willing to boost his pay.

There’s bigger chance Newcastle stop being restricted next season and they sign Saka than we sign Isak. The league is working hard to restrict the Saudis

And they should. If Saudis and UAE can spend anything they want with no restrictions, it's game over.

Arsenal Quotes

Everybody knows how much I love Arsenal - I became a fan. And to be out here [in front of the Emirates as a statue] celebrating a goal against Sp*rs, there's not much else to say after that. Like I've said before: Once a Gooner, always a Gooner.
