Alot of bedwetting in here when the transfer windows just opened! I would understand if it's late August and we still haven't got any attacking signings but seeing as we are still negotiating with clubs/ players early on, lets be patient.

In any case, i feel the club is looking at what opportunities comes up after as your Cities and Chelseas blow their load early, and would want deals wrapped up by CWC, so we won't have to be fighting with them as the window goes on. Also with all the Sesko talk going on, i have a feeling the club is taking a pause on it after the £93m price tag that's come back from Leipzig. If that's the case, i think they'll just throw in another 20-30M and tempt Isak away, as impossible as it may be buying from a Saudi club, we know the club has massive cash reserves and we can afford one big 100M+ signings this window, and if Liverpool get the Wirtz deal over the line, we would be the only club left to be able to pull off a deal like that.
Berta would've done all the homework talking to agents, and how much they would want so all the news about "concrete talks" with Sesko doesn't make sense to me, i expect news to break quick and fast when we do pull the trigger.

You've called out bedwetting then explained some very cvck behavior in waiting for everyone else to have a go first with their transfers. This is how we end up with Chelsea rejects every year.

They’ve had a year to get a striker in. Why the **** are we still assessing how the market is playing out. The analysts and manager should have agreed on who their man is and should be aggressively implementing the plan to get them in.

Arsenal generally have no clue in the transfer market. The last player we had a solid proposition for who was sought after was Declan Rice. We operate like a Championship club and will end up getting the equivalent players when the window closes.

It is quite weird what they're doing. No news has broke of any bids or anything like that. What are they waiting for?

The noise is they're working on deals for both Sesko and Gyo then deciding which to conclude... which is pretty weird. Like applaud having backups ready but get your guy come on

Never really heard of a club doing that before.

Surely their number one target would be a pretty easy deal for the club to do.

Also imagine being the fall guy, how would that make you feel lol.

Since Šeško is no. 1 target more than a year, why is he not already in Arsenal?
They had 1 year to do everything needed for that deal.

I know what you mean, it’s only become black or white after 5/6 years for me. At a big club it’s not all about progress and phases after 5 years.
I agree to an extent. I’m just giving him another year of slack. But I’ll be bored of it if we don’t win anything next season. Especially if he doesn’t fix problem areas.

More likely they know which they want, but don't want to be left as the bridesmaid getting neither.

Sancho on a free and reasonable wages I'd definitely do but he won't do that. He won't fight to redeem his career
